Join us and bring your whole self to work! ?Some details about your department Do you want to take your first steps in the world of Salesforce and CRM systems within an international team?

We are looking for someone eager to learn to support the administration of our Salesforce platform, with constant guidance from a senior team. An ideal opportunity for anyone who wants to build a solid career in system administration and technological operations. ? What we’d like you to do Salesforce Administration:

Execute essential platform operations including license allocation and system configurations.

Reporting: Develop and maintain customized data visibility reports.

Currency Maintenance: Perform monthly updates to exchange rate configurations.

Data Security: Oversee regular monthly backup procedures.

Product Management: Update product catalogs and Price Book entries.

Data Integration: Manage bulk uploads for contact databases.

Advanced Technical Development: Participate in the implementation of new functionalities:

Requirement Gathering: Participate with senior leadership to define business needs.

Jira Orchestration: Translate requirements into actionable technical tasks.

QA & Governance: Support the approval process for technical functional designs and conduct user acceptance testing in a sandbox environment.

Feature Documentation: Create guides for newly deployed platform features.

Process Visualization: Map and update IT workflow diagrams

Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, develop user guides.

Manage regional stakeholder requests through established channels. ? What we’d like you to bring No previous experience is required. We do, however, value the following skills:

Knowledge of Salesforce administration (training, courses or personal/academic projects).

Intermediate proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.

An interest in or basic knowledge of database management and report creation.

Familiarity with ticketing or project management tools (Jira, Service Desk, etc.) — an advantage, but not essential.

Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis — an advantage, but not essential.





Interest in enterprise systems integration (ERP-CRM, e.g. SAP-Salesforce) — an advantage, but not essential.

Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal communication)

Education: Training related to Salesforce Sales and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with Salesforce certifications being valued.

Communication: Exceptional ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical mindset and advanced troubleshooting capabilities to assess complex technical scenarios, identify root causes, evaluate risks, and make informed recommendations for effective, practical solutions.

Learning Agility: Proactive eagerness to learn new technologies, adapt to changes, and stay current with emerging industry best practices

Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills with ability to work effectively in a distributed, multinational environment while supporting junior staff

Independence: Ability to work autonomously on complex tasks while knowing when to seek guidance from senior team members
