ppRewards Senior Specialist supports the execution and continuous improvement of reward programmes and processes across the organisation, with a strong focus on system-driven compensation management. /p pThe position plays a key role in ensuring the effective delivery of compensation cycles and reward initiatives, leveraging bWorkday (Advanced Compensation) /b to drive accuracy, efficiency and consistency. /p h3Compensation cycles /h3 ul liSupport the execution of the annual merit review and bonus cycles, including system setup, coordination and query resolution /li liAct as a key point of contact for HRBPs and managers during compensation cycles, providing guidance on tools and processes /li /ul h3Workday Advanced Compensation /h3 pActively contribute to the configuration and maintenance of bWorkday Advanced Compensation /b, ensuring processes are correctly built, tested and deployed. /p ul liMaintain and monitor compensation processes in Workday, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity and a high-quality user experience /li /ul h3Rewards Projects /h3 ul liSupport the design, implementation and management of incentive schemes across different employee populations (e.g. corporate, hotel-based, and function-specific roles), ensuring alignment with business needs and priorities /li liPrepare compensation analysis and reporting to support decision-making /li liSupport benchmarking activities using market data and survey tools /li liContribute to reward-related projects including job architecture, pay transparency initiatives and process improvements /li liHelp improve and automate reward processes,
with a focus on system optimization /li /ul h3Communications Stakeholder Management /h3 ul liPartner with People Culture, Finance and Business Leaders, acting as a subject-matter expert on all reward-related matters /li liDevelop and maintain clear reward communications and materials for managers and employees /li /ul h3Qualifications or Responsibility /h3 ul li4–5 years of experience in Rewards or HR analytics, ideally within an international organization /li liEnglish skills, Spanish is a plus /li liSolid experience supporting compensation cycles (merit review, bonus processes) /li liHands‑on experience with Workday, specifically Advanced Compensation (configuration, participation in cycles, testing and troubleshooting) /li liStrong analytical skills and high attention to detail /li liAdvanced Excel skills (large datasets, data modelling and visualization) and good knowledge in data analysis and reporting /li liExperience working with market data and benchmarking tools /li liAbility to work in an international, fast-paced environment /li liClear and structured communication skills /li liWell organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities /li liHigh level of integrity and confidentiality /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liExperience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) /li liInterest or experience in using AI tools to enhance data analysis and process efficiency /li /ul pThe description of functions is merely indicative and not exhaustive.
