This role is ideal for someone with strong editing expertise, excellent creative judgement, and the confidence to take ownership of projects from brief through to final delivery. /p pThe role will focus primarily on video editing (approximately 70%), alongside motion graphics and animation work (approximately 30%). You will work across a variety of projects for both emerging brands and global clients, creating engaging, platform-specific content that combines strong storytelling, technical excellence, and creative thinking. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liTake ownership of video editing projects from concept to final delivery, working independently while collaborating with Senior Creatives, Creative Directors, and Design Directors. /li liCreate high-quality video content across multiple formats, including brand films, case studies, social content, internal communications, and campaign assets. /li liDevelop and execute motion graphics, animated titles, and branded visual assets to support storytelling and enhance content performance. /li liManage multiple projects simultaneously,
delivering high-quality work within fast‑paced timelines and with minimal support. /li liEnsure industry standards are met across editing, motion graphics, quality control, and final asset delivery. /li liCollaborate with the Lead Editor and wider creative team to evolve production capabilities and support the growth of the editing department. /li /ul h3Key Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 4 years of professional experience in video editing and motion design. /li liProven ability to independently manage and deliver audiovisual projects from concept through to final output. /li liStrong portfolio demonstrating expertise in video editing. /li liAbility to work autonomously, make creative decisions confidently, and drive projects forward with limited guidance. /li /ul h3Skills, Knowledge Expertise /h3 ul liAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. /li liStrong editing craft, including pacing, storytelling, rhythm, and narrative development. /li liAbility to create high-quality motion graphics, animated titles, and branded motion assets. /li liExperience in colour grading, audio mixing, and multi‑platform content delivery. /li liExcellent project organisation, file management, and version control. /li liStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams. /li liHighly self‑sufficient, proactive, and comfortable working independently while maintaining creative excellence. /li /ul h3Job Benefits /h3 ul liWork within a highly motivated team in an innovative and rapidly growing global company /li liOpportunity to have a direct impact and be a key part of the growth and development of the business and the team /li liCompetitive salary in line with, experience and skills /li liCompetitive benefits including flexible working, 23 days holiday and two volunteering days off and the day off for your Birthday! /li liCooperative, supportive and open working atmosphere. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
