Role: Salesforce Field Service Architect

Role Overview

The Salesforce Field Service Architect is a senior technical leader responsible for designing robust, scalable, and highly integrated enterprise solutions. This role requires a deep technical background combining declarative power with complex programmatic development to deliver seamless offline and online field operations.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end technical architectures leveraging Salesforce Field Service, Health Cloud, and core CRM clouds, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.

Technical Governance: Lead the technical design of programmatic components (Apex, LWC, JavaScript) and evaluate when to use declarative config vs. custom code.

Integration Strategy: Define integration architectures for connecting Salesforce with ERPs, inventory systems,



and middleware platforms via Integration Cloud.

Performance Optimization: Ensure high-performing mobile and desktop environments, focusing on data capture efficiency, scheduling optimization, and offline capabilities.

Pre-requisites & Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of architectural experience across large-scale enterprise rollouts.

Technical Domain: Mastery of Salesforce Field Service (SFS), Health Cloud, Integration Cloud, Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds.

Programmatic Depth: Expert knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.

Certifications (Preferred): Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) track or Field Service Consultant
