We are looking for an Scrum Master to lead the agile maturity of a growing core team. You will be part of a digital transformation project, managing multidisciplinary teams and facilitating collaboration between technical and business profiles.

Your role will be crucial in structuring dynamics, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring that agile processes become a tangible reality. You will work in an environment where data analytics, innovation, and real impact on health are part of everyday life.

? Responsibilities

- Act as Scrum Master for the core Data Engineering team.
- Organize and moderate all Agile ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Retrospective, Review).
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between different profiles and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement and agile maturity of the team.
- Help structure processes and create efficient work dynamics.




- Coordinate the integration of new projects and teams into the agile dynamic.
- Foster self-management and team growth.
- Support the organization and monitoring of cross-cutting initiatives.

? Profile Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, etc.
- Experience in distributed teams and international collaboration.
- High level of English (minimum high B2, ideally C1).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Organizational skills and ability to structure teams/processes.
- Proactivity, order, and results orientation.
- Highly valued: experience in large companies, multinationals, or regulated sectors (healthcare, pharma, automotive, banking, etc.).
- Knowledge of SAFe, agile scaling, and technical background (engineering, software development) is a plus.
