ppWe are looking for an bMES Senior Systems Engineer /b to support and enhance Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) within a global pharmaceutical environment. /p pIn this role, you will ensure the stable operation, continuous improvement, and compliance of MES applications and their technical environments. You will work closely with IT, business stakeholders, and SMEs to maintain high system availability, support change processes, and ensure alignment with GxP standards. /p h3Tasks Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsure day-to-day operations and stability of MES applications and platforms. /li liExecute service requests from IT teams, business users, and stakeholders. /li liDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance MES processes and support quality. /li liTest, document, implement, and communicate change requests related to MES applications and environments. /li liMaintain and update application and system documentation. /li liCoordinate and execute testing activities, ensuring proper documentation and evidence. /li liEnsure GxP compliance across operations, access management, and system processes. /li liManage and coordinate application and infrastructure changes. /li liAnalyze system performance, capacity, and scalability, proposing improvements where needed. /li liPerform security and access reviews (Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability). /li liManage configuration items and periodic system reviews. /li liOversee user access, license usage, and security controls. /li liEnsure proper execution of technical operations (backup checks, restore tests, disaster recovery, patching, upgrades). /li liCoordinate new demands and requirements with IT stakeholders and SMEs. /li liProvide support during audits,



including on-site presence when required. /li liEnsure all training and compliance requirements are fulfilled. /li liSupport business hours operations, with occasional planned work outside standard hours. /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies (Windows, Linux, Citrix). /li liExperience with database systems (Oracle, PostgreSQL). /li liUnderstanding of Operational Technology (OT) environments in pharmaceutical manufacturing. /li liSolid experience working in structured and regulated environments (GxP). /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /li liProactive and solution-oriented mindset. /li liAbility to work effectively in international and cross-functional teams. /li liAdvanced or fluent English communication skills. /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liExperience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) (preferably Körber PAS-X 3.2 or newer). /li liKnowledge of MBR design and lifecycle management within MES platforms. /li liExperience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift). /li liHands‑on experience with Docker‑based deployments. /li liExperience with Oracle database administration or integration in manufacturing IT systems. /li li3–5 years of professional experience in production IT systems or engineering environments. /li /ul h3Schedule /h3 ul li08/09h -17/18h from Monday to Friday (adaptable) /li li1 day a month on-site /li /ul h3Conditions /h3 ul liSalary package based on your profile.
