This individual contributor role focuses on managing financial reporting, accounting operations, compliance, and supporting the company's financial health in a fast‑growing international organization. /p pThis opportunity is for ambitious finance professionals who seek to build a solid financial foundation while supporting business growth across general operations. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage daily accounting tasks such as invoicing, trade receivables and payables, recording and posting financial transactions, bank reconciliations, inventory accounting, and processing entries within the accounting system. /li liCreate monthly budgets and forecasts. /li liExecute the monthly closing process. /li liPrepare management reports and reports to HQ. /li liManage payroll administration. /li liEnsure compliance with all accounting, reporting, legal, and tax requirements. /li liConduct financial year‑end closing and reporting, and prepare documentation for annual audits and tax authorities. /li liEstablish the finance/accounting department in the local office in coordination with the CEO and HQ. /li liPerform other tasks as assigned by the CEO or HQ.
