This general role will drive the design, deployment, and performance management of offers that deliver value to our three key personas— clients, consumers, and merchants— across 28 countries. The ideal candidate combines strategic acumen with operational excellence and has a proven track record in offer development, product strategy, and cross-functional leadership. /p pReporting to: VP Offer, MA and Partnerships /p pLocation : Madrid Office /p ul liDesign and structure the global offer catalog, grouping services into coherent, scalable offers aligned with strategic priorities. /li liDefine value propositions, delivery models, and pricing frameworks for each offer. /li liLead offer development and deployment in collaboration with product, marketing, sales, and country teams. /li liOwn performance management of offers, including commercial traction, product usage, and financial ROI. /li liDrive convergence and standardization across countries while allowing for local adaptation.
