At InnoIT , we're looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Program Director to lead a strategic cybersecurity transformation program within an international organization. Hybrid position based in Barcelona (Spain). Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field. ~15+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or IT. ~Strong understanding of Information Security, Cloud & IT Infrastructure, Networks, SDLC, and Security Risk Management . ~ Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. ~ Professional English proficiency (C1/C2).

Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, PMP , or similar. Lead a integral cybersecurity transformation program across multiple workstreams. We can sponsor a Spanish work permit for qualified candidates.
