ph3International 24/7 Control Center Manager /h3 pLocation: Murcia, Spain (with full international requirements including English fluency and prior experience in similar international roles). /p pAs part of our mission to deliver safe, reliable and high-performance renewable energy operations, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join us as International Control Center Manager. /p pIn this role, you will lead the 24/7 monitoring and remote operation of our international fleet of solar PV, battery storage (BESS) and hybrid assets, overseeing a portfolio of more than 3.5 GW distributed across Germany, the United Kingdom, Italy and Spain. /p pYou will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, grid‑compliant performance and seamless coordination across all countries and technologies within our growing European portfolio. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liReal‑Time Operations Monitoring – Lead 24/7 supervision team ensuring safe and reliable operation in line with European grid codes. /li liEnsure that the team is operating with the SCADA systems to monitor performance, events, alarms, remote resets. /li liEnsure that the team is complying with contractual requirements with our customers all the time. /li liGrid Compliance TSO/DSO/Optimizer Interaction – Ensure compliance and full integration with operational requirements and dispatch instructions like, among others, Arera + CEI 0‑16. /li liCoordinate remote switching operations and manage communications with grid control centers. /li liSCADA,



OT Infrastructure Data Management – Oversee SCADA reliability, data integrity, communications availability. /li liCollaborate with OT/IT and engineering for continuous improvement. /li liCybersecurity Regulatory Alignment – Ensure compliance with OT/IT security protocols. /li liAlignment with NIS2, ISO **** and CIP‑like frameworks. /li liLeadership Operational Excellence – Manage and inspire a high‑performance 24/7 operations team. /li liEstablish standard operating procedures and incident workflows. /li liReporting Documentation – Produce KPIs, incident logs, performance reports. /li liMaintain audit‑ready records. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, Industrial Automation, IT/OT Systems or equivalent. /li liDemonstrated professional experience leading with one of the main system European operators like Terna (IT), National Grid ESO (UK), BNetzA (Ge) or REE (SP). /li liMinimum of 5 years of experience in leading an international renewable Control Centre – Deep knowledge of European grid requirements. /li liStrong communication skills in English. /li liOther European language skills like German or Italian are nice to have.
