In this role you design, evolve, and continuously improve Roche’s workplace technology platforms, with a focus on printing, Microsoft technologies, and automation. You’ll lead technical governance, provide platform ownership, and drive modernization across a global enterprise. You work with architects, engineering teams, and service providers to ensure scalable, secure, and highly available workplace services. This is a hands-on, engineering-focused opportunity to shape Office experiences at scale within a collaborative, global environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Design, maintain, and improve workplace technology platforms• Drive roadmaps and platform modernization aligned with business goals• Ensure platforms are scalable, reliable, secure, and supportable• Contribute to technical standards and governance frameworks• Support architecture reviews and technology evaluations• Lead enterprise printing solutions and related workplace technologies• Advance printing services, print management platforms, and integrations• Design and implement automation to improve operational efficiency• Support technology adoption and service capabilities across Microsoft technologies• Contribute to Infrastructure as Code, workflow automation,



and self-service initiatives• Promote automation-first engineering practices and improve platform reliability• Analyze incidents and drive root-cause analysis and problem resolution• Contribute to observability, monitoring, and operational health initiatives• Support service continuity and global workplace technology initiatives• Provide technical guidance to operational teams and stakeholders• Communicate risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities• Own assigned workplace technology platforms and guide global collaboration• Mentor engineers and operational teamsResponsabilidades• IT Engineering degree and ITIL Foundation and/or Microsoft certifications (Microsoft 365, Azure, xcskxlj Power Platform, Endpoint Management)• Minimum 5 years in Platform Engineering, Workplace Technologies, or related roles• Experience supporting enterprise-scale platforms in general organizations with automation initiatives• Strong understanding of operational support models and enterprise architectures• Experience designing automation, IaC, and modern engineering practices• Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM and IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible• Proven ability to influence technical decisions without direct authority• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to balance strategy with executionRequisitos principales•
