Own end‑to‑end design of complex product experiences, collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to create intuitive, user‑centered solutions that solve real customer problems and deliver measurable business value. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead end‑to‑end design for complex product features, from discovery through delivery, producing high‑quality wireframes, prototypes, and final UI. Translate ambiguous problems into clear, well‑reasoned design solutions with strong rationale. /liliPlan and conduct user research, usability testing, and discovery sessions to validate assumptions and inform design decisions. Synthesise qualitative and quantitative data to surface patterns, gaps, and opportunities, and advocate for the user throughout the product development process. /liliContribute to the evolution and adoption of CloudPay’s design system, ensuring consistency across the platform while championing accessibility standards and best practices. /liliPartner closely with product managers and engineers throughout the product lifecycle—scoping, ideation, build, and launch—presenting and communicating design decisions clearly to stakeholders at all levels. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliSolid experience in product design or UI/UX, with a portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end product design work, product thinking, design quality, and measurable impact. /liliDemonstrated experience cross‑functionally with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
