Senior Data / AI Engineers

? Salary: €120,000 – €200,000 + 10% Annual Bonus

We're partnering with an ambitious organisation that is investing heavily in AI and data-driven innovation. They're looking for exceptional Senior Data / AI Engineers to join their engineering team in Madrid and build cutting-edge AI platforms, data pipelines, and machine learning infrastructure.

What You'll Be Doing

- Design and build scalable data platforms and AI infrastructure.
- Develop high-performance data pipelines and distributed processing solutions.
- Work closely with ML Engineers and Data Scientists to productionise AI models.
- Optimise data architecture for large-scale analytics and machine learning workloads.
- Build reliable, secure, and maintainable software using modern engineering best practices.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and mentor other engineers.

What We're Looking For
- BSc degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics,



or a related technical discipline from a university ranked in the Top 300 globally.
- Strong commercial experience in Python .
- Extensive experience building large-scale data platforms or data engineering solutions.
- Experience working with distributed data processing and cloud technologies.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including testing, CI/CD, and scalable system design.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in collaborative engineering teams.
