We are currently looking to hire a Senior Architect to join our Dubai office and contribute to the development of projects at both national and international level.

What will your mission be?

As a Senior Architect Project Manager , you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing construction projects , ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget and according to the highest quality standards.

What responsibilities will you have on a daily basis?

- Lead luxury retail projects from design development through construction and final handover.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including architecture, engineering, consultants and contractors.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards .
- Monitor project risks and proactively implement solutions to mitigate them.




- Ensure compliance with local regulations , codes and luxury brand standards.
- Maintain alignment with HQ standards and internal workflows.

What are we looking for in you?

- Bachelor degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3/5 years of proven experience in luxury retail project management (mandatory).
- Experience in residential and hospitality projects is a plus/preferable.
- Strong understanding of construction processes , detailing and coordination.
- Excellent leadership, coordination and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Italian and French is a plus.
