As an AI Solution Engineer in the DCR AI Operations team, you will design, build and deploy AI solutions across low‑code and pro‑code delivery paths. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliBuild and deliver AI solutions for DCR capabilities, including PoC to production deployment. /liliDesign low‑code AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and other platforms for agentic use cases. /liliBuild pro‑code AI solutions in Python with modern AI/ML frameworks for complex use cases. /liliWork directly with business stakeholders to define scope, validate outputs and iterate based on user feedback. /liliOwn the end‑to‑end technical delivery of each use case, from prototype to go‑live. /liliCoordinate with AI Hub and Enterprise IT for environment management and adherence to architecture standards. /liliEnsure solutions pass Design, UAT and Certification Gateways before go‑live. /liliEmbed quality and documentation into every build; document architecture decisions, connector configuration, prompt design and known limitations. /liliBuild scalable solutions that can be reused across capabilities. /liliContribute to DCR’s library of templates, reusable components and prompt patterns. /liliShare best practices, shortcuts and patterns with the DCR Low‑Code Makers community. /liliHelp shape low‑code standards, best practices and governance guidelines. /liliMaintain Microsoft Copilot Studio certification and expand knowledge across the AI ecosystem. /liliEvaluate new pre‑built agents, connectors and capabilities as they become available.



/liliBring platform insights back to DCR AI Operations to improve delivery. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliHands‑on experience building solutions with low‑code AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Salesforce Agentforce, and Power Automate. /liliHands‑on experience with Python and LLM APIs (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) including prompt engineering at the code level. /liliUnderstanding of AI evaluation and guardrails: measuring output quality, detecting hallucinations, applying content filtering and responsible AI patterns. /liliStrong grasp of conversational AI concepts: agent design, intent handling, knowledge base management, escalation flows. /liliAbility to translate business problems into working solutions with minimal specification. /liliComfortable managing multiple use cases simultaneously across different stakeholders and business contexts. /liliFluent in English – written and spoken. /liliMicrosoft Copilot Studio or Power Platform certification is desirable. /liliExperience with enterprise data connectors (SharePoint, Dynamics365, SAP, Salesforce). /liliKnowledge of LangGraph agentic framework and LLMOps/MLOps exposure via LangSmith. /liliData engineering fundamentals: SQL, basic pipeline work (Databricks or Fabric). /liliBackground in a commercial or customer‑facing function (Sales, Customer Support, Services). /li /ulh3Benefits /h3ulliFlexible schedule with the freedom to adjust work hours.
