Quadpack is a integral manufacturer and provider of packaging solutions for beauty brand owners. With offices in Europe, Asia, USA and Australia and a strategic network of manufacturing partners and a culture integrated with more than 25 different nationalities. We develop and manufacture personalised standard packaging as well as customised/bespoke packs, for prestige, masstige, and mass-market customers, with specialist divisions dedicated to skincare, make-up and fragrance sectors.

Mission of this role

Act as a bridge between business areas, IT and external partners, helping turn needs into concrete, executable solutions. Connecting business and technology having a real impact on key company processes.

Key Responsibilities





- - Understand business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements

- Act as a key liaison between business, IT and vendors

- Lead initiatives and projects involving ERP, CRM and corporate applications

- Coordinate technology partners, ensuring deliverables and quality

- Drive process improvements across sales, finance, operations and other areas

- Support users in the adoption of solutions

Requirements

- - Proven experience in roles such as IT Business Partner, Business Analyst or Functional consultant (SAP or other ERP systems)

- Experience working in ERP environments; experience with CRM systems is an advantage

- Ability to work cross-functionally with business stakeholders

- Strong communication and influencing skills

- Autonomy and focus on results

- Experience in partner/vendor management and a solid understanding of end-to-end processes (O2C, P2P, etc.) is desirable

- Fluent Spanish and English (mandatory); French and Catalan are a plus
