The Studio is continuously looking to grow its team with highly professional, passionate and talented people. /p h3Job Description /h3 pThe Financial Accounting Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and oversight of Barcelona studio’s finance and accounting operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective budget control, and full compliance with both local regulations and group-level financial standards. /p pWorking closely with internal stakeholders such as Production and HR, the Financial Accounting Manager provides reliable financial insight to support decision-making and reports directly to the Studio Manager. /p pAs part of Vantage Finance teams, the FA Manager will be involved in the general financial processes of the Creative House with frequent interactions beyond the Barcelona Studio with internal finance stakeholders. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOversee general accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and monthly closings. /li liPrepare, coordinate, and monitor budgets and forecasts, including variance analysis. /li liProduce and present monthly financial reports for local management and HQ. /li liEnsure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and group policies. /li liMonitor and control project-related budgets, ensuring proper financial tracking and execution.
