A leading international technology and business transformation consulting firm is expanding its operations in Spain and is looking for an experienced Senior Manager to strengthen its consulting practice.

This opportunity is adecuado for a senior consulting professional with a strong track record in business development, executive advisory, account leadership and digital transformation, particularly within the Energy, Telecommunications, Media, Utilities or other regulated industries.

You will work closely with C-level executives, helping organizations define and execute strategic transformation initiatives while driving business growth and leading high-performing consulting teams.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Advisory & Transformation

- Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, COOs and other executive stakeholders.
- Lead large-scale business and technology transformation programmes from strategy through execution.
- Define target operating models, transformation roadmaps and strategic initiatives.
- Advise clients on digital transformation, technology strategy, sourcing, operational excellence and organizational change.
- Support clients in addressing complex business and technology challenges through pragmatic consulting solutions.

Business Development & Account Growth

- Build and develop long-term relationships with strategic clients.
- Identify new consulting opportunities within existing and new accounts.
- Lead the complete sales cycle, including opportunity qualification, proposal development, presentations and negotiations.
- Manage commercial pipelines and contribute to account growth strategies.
- Lead RFP/RFI responses and develop compelling consulting value propositions.
- Collaborate with technology partners where appropriate to deliver integrated client solutions.

Project & Account Leadership

- Ensure successful delivery of complex consulting engagements, maintaining quality,



profitability and client satisfaction.
- Manage executive stakeholders and multidisciplinary consulting teams.
- Oversee project governance, budgets, risks and delivery excellence.
- Drive measurable business outcomes for clients.

People Leadership

- Lead, mentor and develop Managers, Consultants and junior team members.
- Support recruitment, capability development and knowledge sharing.
- Foster a collaborative consulting culture focused on excellence and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

- 15 years of experience in technology, strategy or transformation consulting.
- Previous experience within a leading consulting firm, technology consultancy or systems integrator.
- Strong experience advising executive stakeholders and C-level leadership.
- Proven track record in business development and consulting sales.
- Experience managing strategic accounts, commercial pipelines and proposal processes.
- Demonstrated success leading large transformation programmes and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to connect business strategy, technology and execution.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong client-focused approach.
- Experience within Energy, Telecommunications, Media, Utilities or other highly regulated industries is highly desirable.
- Fluent English and Spanish.
