Senior Partner Finance Executive

This Senior Partner Finance Executive role sits within the B2B Finance Credit team, acting as a key interface between Sales, Commercial Finance, Partner Finance, Accounting and Group Treasury. You will support some of our largest integral travel partners and play a central role in strengthening the financial governance of our growing credit programme.

This position will suit a candidate with strong analytical capability, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proven experience managing large and complex partner portfolios (50M+ credit exposure) as well as small travel businesses. You will be a trusted business partner who can influence senior stakeholders internally and externally, while confidently assessing financial risk and resolving complex issues.

In this role, you will:

- Lead and manage a portfolio of high-value partners, including complex credit arrangements, significant credit limits and large multi-currency exposures.




- Assess and recommend credit limits through detailed financial analysis, including interpretation of balance sheets, cash flow statements and group structures.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with major travel partners—acting as their core finance point of contact for risk, payment performance, and commercial discussions.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product & Tech and Commercial Finance to support strategic growth while ensuring governance and risk mitigation.
- Resolve complex finance issues involving unallocated cash, disputes, reconciliation gaps, or operational blockers impacting receivables.
- Drive negotiations on collateral, payment terms, and risk-based decisions with large partners, balancing commercial opportunity with financial protection.
- Support our credit insurance programme, with an effective management of coverage gaps.
