Experteer Overview
In this Senior Controller role, you own strategic financial initiatives across the regional Finance teams and act as the primary liaison for central topics. You will manage end-to-end central requests, support reporting, and present analyses to senior leadership. You will champion AI and automation to streamline work, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and contribute to a regional Finance transformation. This is a high-impact position for shaping the finance agenda in Germany, Switzerland and Central Europe.

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field with at least 8 years of experience
• Proven project management experience and ability to coordinate across functions under pressure
• Strong financial analysis skills with ability to simplify complex topics
• Genuine interest in AI and automation tools (e.g., Claude, Power BI, Power Platform)
• Good knowledge of SAP (FI/CO) or similar ERP systems and strong MS Excel skills
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
• Self-starter with strong ownership, planning, and delivery discipline
• Ability to present to a senior audience and build trust quickly
• Experience working in multi-entity or international environments
