We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Senior People Manager to lead our People Operations team and ensure the smooth execution of all day-to-day HR processes. Reporting to the People Director, you will manage a team of six People professionals while remaining actively involved in operational delivery.

You will play a key role in creating an exceptional employee experience by driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance, improving processes, and supporting managers and employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

?If You Love a Challenge. You Will

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of six People Operations professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

- Set team priorities, allocate workload, and ensure the delivery of high-quality People services.

- Oversee the day-to-day execution of People Operations, ensuring efficient and consistent HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

- Manage onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, contract administration, and all related HR documentation.

- Act as the escalation point for complex People Operations matters and support the resolution of operational issues.

- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, internal policies, and HR best practices.

- Support managers in handling employee relations matters, performance issues, and disciplinary processes in partnership with the People Director.

- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems.





- Monitor and improve HR processes, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and enhance the employee experience.

- Lead and contribute to People Operations projects, including HRIS improvements, process optimization, and policy implementation.

- Support organizational change initiatives and continuous improvement across the People function.

- Prepare and analyze People metrics and reports to support business and People team decision-making.

- Serve as a trusted point of contact for managers and employees on operational HR topics.

- Collaborate closely with the People Director to implement People initiatives and support the achievement of team objectives.

?Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience in HR, with significant exposure to People Operations and payroll.

- Previous experience leading or mentoring an HR/People Operations team.

- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

- Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset.

- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

- High attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment.
