We re looking for a hands-on Senior performance marketer who can move fast, test aggressively and scale what works. You will own paid acquisition channels end-to-end, work closely with leadership and play a key role in our next phase of growth.

Your responsibilities:

- Own and scale one or more paid acquisition channels
- Launch rapid tests across creatives, audiences, and funnels
- Monitor performance daily and make data-driven decisions
- Turn insights into clear creative direction and landing page improvements
- Build repeatable systems to scale campaigns efficiently
- Explore and validate new channels as we grow
- What we are looking for:

- 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition




- Proven experience managing large paid media budgets
- Strong analytical skills and hands-on optimization mindset
- Ability to connect creative, data, and growth strategy
- Experience with major paid platforms (Meta, TikTok,etc.)
- Experience managing €500K to €1M+ per month
- Subscription or LTV-driven growth experience
- Programmatic or DSP exposure
- Mobile app UA background

This is a fully remote position which can be based globally given a +-4 hour time difference within the CET region.
