About the Company

We are a fast-growing startup within an international trading group, expanding our presence in Europe through the opening of a new office in Barcelona (Catalonia).

Purchasing Manager who will become a key independent figure responsible for establishing and developing the company’s procurement processes. This is a unique opportunity to build an efficient procurement system from scratch in an international environment and play a critical role in the company’s growth and scaling in Spain.

Shipment & Logistics Coordination

Coordinate shipments (interaction with suppliers and logistics partners)

Prepare supporting documentation in collaboration with the back office

On-site Quality Control





Organize and/or conduct quality inspections at supplier facilities

Support procurement and production planning

Higher education in agriculture, food industry, logistics, or economics in procurement of agricultural products/raw materials in Spain

Negotiating with local producers olives xugodme and/or olive oil

Understanding of agricultural supply chains, including international supply chains

Knowledge of legal principles of international trade

Basic understanding of quality standards for olive oil and olives

Strong negotiation skills and ability to secure commercial terms

Spanish — fluent (C1–C2)

English — fluent (C1–C2)
