In this role you drive the regional strategy and execution for AiBLE, UNiD and Biologics within the CST portfolio, ensuring a cohesive ecosystem that delivers clinical and commercial value. You own strategy, positioning, and go-to-market activities with end-to-end impact across Western Europe. You will collaborate cross-functionally to align stakeholders and accelerate adoption, balancing patient outcomes with market access.

This is a high-impact, individual contributor role with global collaboration and travel.

- Define and drive an integrated strategy and vision across AiBLE, UNiD and Biologics, ensuring portfolio coherence
- Translate customer insights, market dynamics and competitive intelligence into actionable product direction and roadmap inputs
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution, including launches, campaigns and sales enablement
- Build and operationalize clinical, economic and portfolio value propositions to support surgeon adoption and hospital decisions
- Provide strategic input into pricing,



contracting and market access decisions
- Orchestrate cross-functional execution across Marketing, Medical, Ru0026D, Education, Supply Chain and Finance
- Monitor performance (adoption, utilization, portfolio mix) and lead continuous optimization to improve outcomes and ROI

Responsabilidades

- Significant experience in commercial roles within MedTech (product management, strategic marketing or sales) with regional or integral exposure
- Mandatory experience in Spine and/or Enabling Technologies (e.g., navigation, robotics, digital solutions or connected xugodme ecosystems)
- Experience in product marketing/management or strategically focused sales with launches, GTM, key account management and complex deals
- Ability to translate clinical, technical and commercial inputs into clear value propositions and business decisions
- Proven cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence in a matrix organization
- Fluency in English with strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
