We are currently looking for a Senior Program Manager in EMEA.

You will oversee end‑to‑end delivery of technology and business transformation initiatives, driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and business growth. Accountabilities

- Lead complex SAP, non‑SAP, and technology transformation programs from initiation to successful delivery
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals and client needs
- Oversee resource planning, risk management,



and stakeholder communication to ensure timely and on‑budget delivery
- Provide strategic direction to cross‑functional delivery teams, promoting operational excellence and best practices
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, advising on solutions, roadmaps, and business outcomes
- Support business growth through sales enablement, proposal development, and market expansion initiatives
- Mentor delivery teams, contribute to organizational strategy, and represent the organization at client meetings and industry events

Requirements

- 10+ years of experience managing complex SAP or enterprise IT transformation programs, ideally within consulting or managed services
- Proven success in high‑growth or start‑up environments, with experience establishing scalable delivery processes
- Cross‑sector and cross‑functional expertise with a record of deliver
