The idóneo candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator.

Responsibilities Direct and oversee completion of project

Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan

Assess risks and establish contingency plans

Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders including engineering, production, quality, and customers.

Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction and holding team members accountable to deliverables.

Own project budgets, tracking spend against forecast and escalating variances in a timely manner.

Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership and key clients on project status, risks, and decisions.

Mentor and support less experienced project managers and coordinators.

Drive continuous improvement of project management tools, templates, and processes. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.





4+ years of experience in project management or relevant fields, including experience leading large or complex projects.

PMP certification or equivalent project management credential is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to deliver completed projects on time and within budget, from start to finish.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.

Proven experience managing and developing teams.

Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or composites environments is highly valued

Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
