ph3About the Role /h3 pMurphy has grown in Spain purely through founder led sales so far, and it's actually worked well: we already have tens of happy customers in the market. Now we're building the first commercial team, and we're looking for the person who will own pipeline generation from day one. /p pYou’ll work Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts, mixing outbound prospecting with inbound follow up. What’s missing is a repeatable engine for filling the pipeline, and that’s what you’ll be building alongside our first AE. /p pThis is a founding SDR role, which means you won’t be handed a script. You’ll be figuring out what good outbound looks like here, how to get a senior buyer to actually respond, and how to talk credibly about a product in a space where trust matters more than almost anything else. You’ll be coached directly by our VP of Revenue, who’s done this kind of market building before. /p pbGenerate real pipeline, not just activity /b /p pThis is account based outbound aimed at enterprise and mid-market accounts, not high volume SMB prospecting. You’ll research target accounts properly and find ways to get in front of senior buyers in Finance, Ops, and Compliance, and you’ll be measured on pipeline generated, not calls dialed. /p pbBuild the playbook /b /p pThere isn’t one yet, so you’ll be writing your own messaging, testing what gets a response, and figuring out qualification criteria that actually hold up once a deal moves further along. Whatever works becomes the foundation for the next SDR we hire. /p pbGet genuinely credible on the product /b /p pYou’ll need to speak with enough confidence about Murphy and the regulated finance space that a skeptical buyer takes you seriously. You’ll schedule and support demos, and work closely with the AE to hand off opportunities that are actually ready. /p pbWork closely with the people around you /b /p pYou’ll be coached directly by the VP of Revenue, and you’ll feed what you’re hearing from prospects back into Product, since this market still has a lot of room to shape what gets built.
You’ll also help with day to day sales tasks as the team gets off the ground. /p h3About you /h3 ul li2 to 5 years as an SDR/BDR, ideally including time as one of the first SDR hires at an early stage startup. /li liExperience with enterprise or account based outbound, not high volume transactional SMB prospecting. /li liYou know how to research an account and find a way to get in front of a senior buyer, not just whoever picks up. /li liAI fluency.
