Experteer Overview
In this role you drive global scientific communications for rare neurology products, translating complex clinical data into clear, credible materials for clinicians and researchers. You collaborate across research, medical, marketing, biostatistics, and medical affairs to plan and execute publications and educational activities. You will identify optimal forums for data dissemination, maintain core scientific resources, and support medical education initiatives while monitoring literature and competitors to inform strategy. The position offers impact by shaping how breakthrough data reaches the scientific community and supports patient-centered outcomes.

• Develop and implement strategic publication plans for assigned rare neurology products
• Analyze data to guide publication strategy and select journals/congresses
• Conduct literature searches and provide competitor insights to internal teams
• Plan, write, revise, and place abstracts, posters, and manuscripts from company-sponsored trials
• Create high-quality scientific content through research, writing, editing, and rigorous fact-checking
• Manage publication plans, track progress, and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery




• Assist in medical education activities, including symposia, congress planning, and speaker management
• Oversee agency management of publication planning documents and ensure data integrity in databases
• Ensure compliance with Publication Policy and current good publication practices
• Collaborate to update global slide decks and other core scientific resources for education and communication

Responsabilidades
• 1-3 years in pharma or medical communications
• Experience in strategic/tactical publication implementation and medical education material development
• Ability to interpret complex scientific data and assess clinical trial outputs
• Skilled writer with ability to write/review/edit/place articles, abstracts, posters
• Working knowledge of current good publication practices
• Ability to work with teams including medical publications agencies
• Willingness to travel (US/international)
• Office-based role with computer/communication tools usage
