As Compliance Counsel in Spain/EMEA, you will provide practical guidance across data privacy, cybersecurity, labor, anti-bribery, and ethics. You will collaborate with Legal, HR, Information Security, and Internal Audit to foster a strong culture of compliance. You will support investigations, policy development, and regulatory risk monitoring. This role combines legal expertise with business-minded advice to navigate European and Spanish regulations, contributing to ethical and compliant operations at scale.Compensaciones / Incentivos• Provide guidance on applicable EU and Spanish laws across privacy, cybersecurity, labor, anti-bribery, governance, and ethics• Support privacy and data protection efforts: GDPR compliance, cross-border transfers, DPIAs, data processing agreements, incident response• Advise on cybersecurity regulatory requirements including governance, resilience, incident reporting, third-party risk management, and new legislation• Counsel HR and business leaders on employment law compliance, investigations, misconduct, discrimination, harassment, retention of privacy• Support the anti-bribery/anti-corruption program: gifts, conflicts of interest,



third-party due diligence• Conduct and support internal investigations into policy violations and laws, recommending corrective actions• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, controls, and training to promote ethical culture• Monitor regulatory changes and communicate risks affecting Spain and EMEA operations• Partner with Legal, InfoSec, HR, Internal Audit, and business leaders to assess and mitigate compliance risks• Support regulatory inquiries, audits, and government interactions as neededResponsabilidades• Law degree and qualification to practice law in Spain• Minimum 5 years of experience in legal, compliance, or regulatory roles ( multinational xcskxlj preferred )• Experience across multiple areas: compliance, data privacy, cybersecurity, labor and employment, anti-bribery/anti-corruption, internal investigations, or corporate ethics• Excellent analytical, judgment, problem-solving, and communication skills• Ability to provide practical, business-oriented compliance guidance• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional and international teams• High integrity, professionalism, and ethical judgment• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken); additional European languages preferredRequisitos principales•
