About the Opportunity

Surge Group is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join a fast-growing fintech company delivering payment infrastructure solutions across high-risk industries.

This is a pure hunter role focused on acquiring new enterprise customers within iGaming, Forex, PSP, Crypto, and other high-risk sectors. We're looking for someone who already understands these markets, has an established network or can build one quickly, and has a proven track record of closing complex B2B deals.

What You'll Be Doing

- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
- Build and develop a pipeline through proactive outbound business development.
- Acquire high-value merchants across iGaming, Forex, PSP, Crypto,



and other high-risk industries.
- Sell payment infrastructure solutions including IBAN, acquiring, crypto processing, and related fintech products.
- Work closely with Compliance, Product, and Operations teams to deliver successful customer onboarding.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM management.
- Identify market opportunities and provide commercial feedback to internal stakeholders.
- Consistently exceed revenue targets through self-generated business.

What We're Looking For

- Proven enterprise B2B sales experience within fintech, payments, crypto, PSPs, iGaming, Forex, or other high-risk industries.
- Demonstrated success closing large commercial deals.
- Strong outbound prospecting and hunter mentality.
- Existing industry network or the ability to build relationships quickly.
