This role involves extensive cooperation with products across the company - both AI-native and just integrating AI. /p h3In This Role, You Will /h3 ul liIdentify, prioritize, and champion high-impact AI projects that align with JetBrains' product strategy and deliver measurable business value.



/li liLead a team of about 50 people across multiple AI initiatives, including hiring and developing team leads, ML engineers, and MLOps specialists. /li liSet the technical direction for JetBrains' ML roadmap, translating cutting-edge AI advancements into practical product innovations. /li liEnsure projects deliver on commitments and create measurable value. /li liSet technical standards, architectural direction, and best practices for ML development. /li /ul h3We’ll be happy to have you on our team if you have: /h3 ul liThe ability to balance long-term RD with short-term product needs. /li liA track record of shipping production ML systems that users actually use. /li liExperience building business cases for technical projects. /li liA deep understanding of modern ML infrastructure, LLMs, and AI tooling. /li liOutstanding stakeholder management skills and are comfortable working with senior leaders. /li liThe ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously. /li liExcellent management and communication skills. /li liAttention to detail in everything you do. /li /ul h3We’d be especially thrilled if you have experience with: /h3 ul liDistributed training of multi-billion parameter models. /li liCI systems, workflow automation, and experiment tracking. /li liThe Kotlin programming language. /li /ul h3We are an equal opportunity employer /h3 pWe know great ideas can come from anyone, anywhere.
