A specialist contractor in the data centre sector is seeking experienced Electricians for an on-site contract in Zaragoza, Spain. You’ll be working on critical electrical infrastructure including switchgear, UPS systems, generators, and circuit breakers.Key details- Location: Zaragoza, Spain (on-site)- Start date: Mid-September 2026- Rate: Up to €50 per hour- Contract: Short-term contract (approx. 2 weeks initially) with potential to extend depending on project needs- Hours: 40 hours/week- Openings: 5Key responsibilities- Install, maintain, and fault-find electrical systems in a data centre / industrial environment- Work on switchgear installation/maintenance and associated activities- Support UPS systems installation, troubleshooting,



and testing- Diagnose and test generator systems and supporting electrical infrastructure- Work with circuit breakers and power distribution equipment- Assist with firmware upgrades where required (relevant electrical equipment)- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and site procedures- Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and the wider team to meet programme deadlinesRequirements- Approved Electrician certification (or equivalent recognised electrical qualification)- Strong industrial project experience (data centre experience preferred)- Hands-on experience with:- Switchgear- UPS systems- Generators- Circuit breakers- Strong fault-finding skills and ability to work to site documentation (RAMS / method statements)- Reliable, safety-first approach and good communication on a live siteRight to work (important)Applicants must have full right to work in the EU.
