In this role you will contribute to the FX platform and multi-currency accounting system, driving the next level of our fintech services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions, owning features from discovery to production. You will mentor peers, shape technical direction, and ensure reliable, well-tested software. - Develop and optimize the FX platform services, improving existing components and delivering new products
- Collaborate with engineers and leaders to design services using RFC processes
- Coach and mentor junior team members to boost team effectiveness
- Lead product initiatives from discovery to delivery with product and operations teams
- Own the products you build, including ongoing maintenance
- Construct and manage services with robust APIs, monitoring, and external integrations




- Address legacy code, propose improvements, and reduce technical debt
- Ensure code quality with unit and integration tests; contribute to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure tooling as needed
- Participate in on-call rotations to maintain 24/7 system reliability

Responsabilidades

- Extensive experience in developing complex software systems
- Proficiency in Python (or strong in other OOP languages)
- Experience in FinTech, banking, or regulated financial environments
- Strong written and spoken English for cross-country xugodme collaboration
- Ability to design and manage services, APIs, and monitoring/alerting
- Experience integrating external systems and working with legacy code
- Commitment to testable code with good test coverage
- Familiarity with CI Jenkins pipelines and Terraform for deployment
