Rover's portfolio of pet care brands spans the globe — and as we acquire and grow those brands, someone has to make each integration real: migrating the systems, aligning the roadmaps, and shaping the experiences that make a brand feel right for its market. You'll join Rover's Technical Program Management team, a small and growing function that sits at the center of how engineering delivers complex, cross-functional work.

Your focus is Partnerships and Integrations: standing up new brand experiences and folding acquired businesses into the Rover ecosystem, like our integration of Cat in the Flat. The work spans technical migration, go-live coordination, and the feature build that makes each brand right for its users — some of which becomes core Rover functionality, and some of which stays specific to that brand's market. This is a hybrid position that has the minimum expectation to work out of our Barcelona Office in the Poblenou neighborhood two days per week on Mondays and Thursdays.

Own the implementation and execution strategy for one or more branded or data integration programs — reconciling ambiguity, turning vision and priorities into a coherent plan, and making the sequencing calls that determine how the work comes together across Rover API dependencies, data integrity, identity and authentication,
