Your responsibilities and tasks

As our Service Product Manager in Nutrition Plant Engineering (NPE Division), you will lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, driving the success of digital service products with integral impact. You will own the product vision, define scalable strategies, and build high‑performingdigital service products. You will work closely with development teams and senior leadership as part of a key digitalization strategy of GEA.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development ofnewdigital service products; managing technical and commercial aspects ofproductdevelopment
- Owndigital service products, d efiningproduct roadmap , business scaling model ,standardizationand roll‑out strategies to drive recurring revenue.
- Monitor and report KPIs,



ensuring alignment with internal stage‑gate processes.
- Identify innovation opportunities, drive product continuous development,and bring new products to market successfully.
- Craft and implement go‑to‑market strategies, thatbring our products to the market in arepeatable, scalable, and profitable way.
- Conduct market analysis and competitive research to uncover growth opportunities.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with finance, sales, marketing, and R&D.;
- Support portfolio management and recurring revenue transformation initiatives.
- Support building a digital platform that scalesNPEdigitalserviceoffering.
- Drive the adoption of AI‑enabled capabilities in digital service products.

Your profile and qualifications

- Degreein Business , Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in product managemen
