/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liProven experience as a manager of managers, directly leading and developing multiple Engineering Managers across teams. /li liDemonstrable track record of multi‑team product engineering leadership (not only project/delivery management). /li liConcrete examples of hiring, performance management, and building quality systems (scorecards, calibration, promotion decisions). /li liCredible engineering depth: experience making technical trade‑offs, influencing architecture, and explaining technical decisions to engineers and non‑technical stakeholders. /li liHands‑on experience with engineering standards and platforms: CI/CD rollout, automated testing, observability, and incident response processes. /li liExperience operating within regulated environments (security, compliance, audit readiness) or equivalent domain experience. /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to create psychological safety and coach managers. /li liFluent in English; Spanish language skills are a plus. /li liExperience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), Kubernetes, and containerised deployments (nice‑to‑have). /li liFamiliarity with CI tooling (GitLab/GitHub Actions, Jenkins), observability stacks (Prometheus/Grafana, tracing), and mobile stacks (Kotlin/Swift or React Native) (nice‑to‑have). /li liYou're passionate about your work, but also know how to enjoy your free time! /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
