- Implementing and developing technical due diligence and project supervision in real estate transactions.
- Analyzing risks in the day‑to‑day operation of buildings.
- Estimating investment costs to remediate asset defects and/or legal non‑conformities.
- Building and maintaining client relationships and providing a high level of client service.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- 2–3 years of relevant professional experience; consultancy experience considered valuable.
- Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish (reading,



writing, speaking).
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel frequently and availability for site visits and client meetings across Spain.
