Mandarin Oriental, Barcelona is seeking a Culinary Trainee to join the Culinary Department. Based in a luxury hotel on Passeig de Gràcia, you will support the kitchen team while developing skills in food preparation, hygiene, and hospitality service.
Reports to Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Chef de Partie. The position offers a 40-hour work week, meals during internship, a study allowance of €500 gross per month, and additional internship benefits.
