ph3Job Overview /h3pbDA Project Planner /b – Location: Bilbao. This role supports Digitalisation Automation and Operational Excellence initiatives across our operations. The planner works with Project Managers and the Director of Operational Excellence to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with stakeholder expectations. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource plans. /liliCoordinate stakeholders across engineering teams, IT, site operations, suppliers, automation engineers, and project managers to drive action and meet deadlines. /liliMonitor project budgets, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and SAP activities to provide accurate visibility of progress and expenditure. /liliPrepare project dashboards, reports, KPIs, and management updates; use Power BI as appropriate. /liliDrive continuous improvement of planning processes, reporting standards, and project governance across the Digitalisation Automation and Operational Excellence portfolio. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
