Experteer Overview In this role you will coordinate packaging artwork projects for a global beverage brand, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery from briefing to final artwork approval. You will act as the bridge between marketing, studios and production partners to drive consistency and operational excellence across a diverse packaging portfolio. You’ll manage artwork workflows, supervise quality control, and support the onboarding of new team members, while championing brand guidelines. This position offers hands-on involvement in cross-functional packaging initiatives within a fast-paced, multi-market environment.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Coordinate artwork production between internal teams and clients
- Ensure on-time and on-quality delivery by tracking production and deadlines
- Develop and execute packaging ranges

- Manage daily on-site relationship with the relevant marketing team and support departmentsResponsabilidades
- 3–4 years experience in graphic arts, project management, artwork coordination, or related role in packaging/print production
- Strong technical knowledge of graphic chain, packaging artwork, reprography, and printing processes (offset, dry offset, flexo, rotogravure)
- Experience in cross-functional teamwork and managing packaging artwork projects end-to-end
- Collaborative, proactive problem-solver with agile and independent work style
- Attention to detail and ability to approve artwork files for accuracy
- Organized with customer service focus
- English and Spanish proficiency
- Experience in complex FMCG environments (beverage or multi-market packaging)
