Build and grow Hero24 in Spain

Hero24 connects customers with local professionals for moving, cleaning, repairs, renovations, installations, property maintenance and other services people need in everyday life.

Spain is one of Hero24’s priority markets. We are looking for a hands-on Country Lead who can build the local service-provider network, activate B2B partnerships and help establish reliable operations across the first Spanish cities.

Customer demand is generated centrally through Hero24’s digital marketing. Many of our categories solve immediate needs, including moving, cleaning, repairs, plumbing, electrical work and installations.

Your responsibility is to ensure that the local market has the professionals, partnerships and operational capacity needed to serve this demand and grow sustainably.

What you will do

- Recruit, assess and activate local service providers — our Heroes
- Build sufficient provider coverage across the first cities and service categories
- Establish partnerships with property managers, real-estate companies, relocation companies, landlords, retailers and other relevant B2B channels
- Help localize pricing, service categories, communications and operating practices
- Coordinate early customer deliveries and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Monitor service quality, provider performance and customer feedback
- Identify new cities, categories and partnership opportunities
- Report weekly progress, results and market insights to Hero24’s leadership

Who we are looking for

You are commercially driven, practical and comfortable building something from the ground up.

Relevant experience may include

- Sales or business development
- Recruitment or marketplace supply growth
- Operations or service delivery
- Property, home or facilities services
- Moving, cleaning, maintenance or renovation
- Entrepreneurship or building an early-stage business

You must be able to work independently, communicate clearly and build relationships with both service providers and business partners.

Spanish and English are required.

Compensation and engagement model

This role begins as an independent, performance-based commercial partnership rather than a traditional salaried employment position.

Compensation will be linked to agreed results such as market revenue, gross margin, active service-provider capacity and B2B partnerships. The detailed model and targets will be agreed in writing before the partnership begins.

Strong execution and measurable market growth can lead to a broader long-term Country Lead role as Hero24’s Spanish operations expand.
