Job Summary

This is a pioneer role. You will be the first dedicated SIOP resource in AMER, responsible for building the regional S&OP; process from the ground up – starting with a focused pilot (one product group or production line) and expanding from there. You will work closely with the Global SIOP Director and receive direct coaching and methodology support from the EMEA team.

This is not a maintenance role. The successful candidate is a process builder who can operate independently, drive cross-functional alignment in an environment where S&OP; is new,



and lay the foundation for a broader AMER SIOP team.

Requirements

- - 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning or S&OP; in a manufacturing or industrial environment

- Proven ability to build or significantly improve planning processes – not just operate them

- Experience facilitating cross-functional S&OP; or consensus meetings (Sales, Finance, Operations)

- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP ECC, BPCS, or SAP S/4HANA) – planning modules (MRP, demand management, PIR)

- Advanced Excel skills; comfort with data analysis and management reporting

- Strong communication and influencing skills – able to drive change without direct authority

- Ability to work independently in a pioneer role with limited local structure
