From purchasing and production to demand planning and inventory management, your expertise will be key in driving our success. /p h3How you will contribute /h3 pAs part of the Operations team, you are the analytic and execution hands of YABA products and brands. You will be working hand-in-hand with YABA’s supply chain managers, demand planners, sourcing managers, third party logistics and freight forwarders providers. Ultimately, your objective is to give support to our brands and ensure that the supply chain works perfectly so that our products continue to impact the end consumer. Our goal is to manage the supply chain of our brands, being responsible for the following areas: Purchasing, Production, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Transportation, Customs, and Warehouse Management. /p h3As a member of this team you will /h3 ul liBe part of the onboarding process for new brands /li liCreate and keep updated the Supply Chain department's SOPs and records /li liSupport demand planning, ordering and inventory management /li liFind cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes /li liResolve day-to-day issues (e.g., delivery delays, incidents) /li liSupport customs and import documentation /li liSupport compliance document management and lot-level traceability (COAs, supplier documentation) /li liCollaborate with other departments to build coordinated plans for business growth /li liMaintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and drive improvements /li liOperate brands through our ERP system (NetSuite)



/li /ul h3Who will thrive in this role /h3 ul liBachelor's or higher vocational degree (ongoing or completed) in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics or similar — or equivalent experience /li li0–2 years of experience; this can be your first role or follow a prior internship /li liOrientation toward internal stakeholders and external suppliers, with the ability to adapt to different working styles /li liStrong communication and presentation skills /li liAbility to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively /li liSpanish fluency required and at least B2 English.
