We support complex capital investment projects across their full lifecycle, from early strategy and feasibility to execution and commissioning. /p pWe are currently looking for a bProject Director /b to strengthen our team in bMadrid, Spain /b, but with open mobility. /p h3What is the role About? /h3 pAs a bSenior Project Manager /b you will: /p ul liProject portfolio piloting. /li liProject management. /li liContract management, including change-order and dispute management. /li liProject set-up and launch through to team mobilization (typically one month). /li liActing as a project team member as needed. /li liProject Portfolio Development responsibilities, which includes: /li liTechnical preparation of offers. /li liPresentation / defense to clients, in line with company organization and processes. /li liAdministration piloting of quotations orders. /li liSupports Large Projects IBUM in its day-to-day functions: /li liRecruitment and management of the Large Project team. /li liAudit of projects. /li liDeployment of the project-management methodology, project audits and the associated improvement loop. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liA minimum of 12 years of relevant experience (8-10y project-management).



/li liManagement experience on International projects with CAPEX 250MEur, decentralized structure. /li liHands-on experience across all aspects of project life cycle. /li liKnowledge of multiple disciplines. /li liExposure of multiple industrial sectors. /li liExperience in at least two project contexts: Brownfield, Greenfield, Shutdown, Demolition. /li liExperience in lumpsum projects. /li liDemonstrated experience in offers preparation and track record of winning offers. /li liTwo language fluency minimum, out of which English compulsory. /li liTravel availability.
