We’re looking for Staff Engineers to lead the shift toward AI‑powered Business Management software, not as an add‑on, but as a core part of how people work, decide and grow. Solid depth in both backend and frontend software engineering.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, and system design. Recognized as a technical and cultural leader, holding the bar high. Pushback on processes that do not serve the team, from hiring to deployment. Communicates clearly in English; Spanish is a plus.
How We Work
We follow an office‑first, versátil schedule: on‑site several days a week for collaboration, with remote work allowed when it makes sense for focus or personal needs. Barcelona or Madrid office is available. Anonymous health insurance through Alan. Breakfast in the office and organic fruit.
