At Talent Search People, a recruitment consultancy specializing in talent acquisition, we have been connecting professionals with leading companies for more than 20 years. We are currently looking for a Strategic Channel Manager to join a leading cybersecurity firm, specialized in delivering innovative SaaS solutions and managed security services across Europe.

What will you do?

The Channel Manager will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and expanding relationships with value-added resellers (VARs) across Spain. The role requires a strategic mindset, strong sales expertise, and the ability to grow the company’s presence in a new market.

Key Responsibilities

- Channel Development: Identify, recruit, and onboard new VARs to expand the network in target regions.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective partners.
- Sales Strategy: Define and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through the VAR network.
- Training & Support: Provide sales training and ongoing support to VARs to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and stay ahead of the competition.
- Performance Monitoring:



Track VAR performance and implement improvement plans when needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive market expansion.

Who are we looking for?

- Experience: Around 7 years of experience in channel sales or business development, preferably in SaaS and/or managed security services. Proven track record in growing VAR networks.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- Skills: Strong understanding of SaaS and managed security solutions, excellent communication and negotiation skills, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently.
- Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English; other languages relevant to target regions are a plus.
- Travel: Willingness to travel across Spain and occasionally to international events.
