- Provided guidance and ongoing support to students, promoting a positive and engaging student experience.
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality student services and support programme operations.
- Planned and coordinated student activities, events, and engagement initiatives to encourage participation and community building.
- Monitored programme performance and identified opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.
- Managed operational budgets and resources to support programme objectives efficiently.
- Ensured compliance with organisational policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Acted as the main point of contact for students and key stakeholders, resolving enquiries and coordinating effective solutions.
- Developed and maintained strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to support programme success.




- Contributed to the continuous enhancement of student services through effective planning, communication, and operational coordination.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

- At least 10 years of experience performing the responsibilities outlined above. Full professional in English. A second language is desirable.
- Extensive experience within the Study Abroad sector, particularly in managing and developing international programmes with the United States, Canada and UK.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities, with proven experience overseeing teams , combined with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of the higher education landscape in Madrid and its key institutions.
- Solid experience in student accommodation services.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments, managing complex situations with a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
