You will contribute to the design and implementation of key HR processes, advise managers on people‑related decisions, and help ensure that teams are structured, developed, and supported in line with business goals. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liHR Project Development Launch: Participate in designing, implementing, and improving key company-wide HR processes /li liDeveloping employee evaluation systems (Performance Reviews, 360‑degree feedback).



/li liCreating competency matrices and Individual Development Plans (IDPs). /li liContributing to HR process automation and employer branding projects. /li liStrategic Partnership: Work closely with department heads to assist with workforce planning, scaling, and shaping/res structuring teams to meet business goals. /li liPerformance Talent Management: Guide managers and teams through evaluation processes, career growth planning, high‑potential (HiPo) promotion, and succession planning. /li liEmployee Relations Coaching: Act as a trusted advisor for both managers and employees. Assist in conflict resolution, handle complex cases, and coach managers on leadership topics. /li liTeam Retention Engagement: Analyze team health metrics (turnover rates, eNPS scores, and surveys) and develop action plans to boost employee engagement. /li liChange Management: Support teams during organizational updates, company transformations, or restructuring to ensure stability and smooth transitions. /li /ul h3What You Need to Succeed in This Role /h3 ul li5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, People Partner,
