Leveraging extensive experience and AI-enabled delivery, we support customers in navigating complexity as they meet today's needs and transition to more sustainable solutions. /ph3Essential Roles And Responsibilities /h3ulliEnsuring HSSEQ goals, objectives and targets are met through personal leadership and involvement. /liliSafe delivery and handover of the Project to the Owner, sustainably, safely, on time, within budget, ensuring that a quality product is produced that represents ‘best value’ for the Owner and their Stakeholders. /liliCoordinate and supervise the Loss Prevention engineering aspects of the Assiut Hydrocracking Complex Project to ensure the technical objectives are met within the approved scope, budget, and schedule. /liliSupervise, oversee and coordinate regular and timely technical reviews of Loss Prevention related Engineering deliverables developed by the Contractor and technology Licensors, ensuring design optimization in compliance with relevant codes, standards, and best practices and in close conjunction with Owner’s functional departments. /liliCo-ordinate and interface with other Technical Departments, Business Units, Operations, and Maintenance functions to resolve technical issues and ensure quality Engineering execution and integrity. /liliProvide technical expertise on all subject matter pertaining to Loss Prevention Engineering during all phases of Project e.g. Engineering, Fabrication, Installation, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning. /liliResponsible for developing and establishing systems, procedures and standards for effective implementation of the Project in line with International Codes and Standards, Owner specifications, local regulations and Owner’s HSE policies, philosophies and requirements for Loss Prevention Engineering. /liliChampion the Project Safety culture, behaviors and engagement activities. /liliReporting to the PMC Engineering Manager and works under his direction.



/liliEnsure quality and accuracy of Contractor’s Loss Prevention Engineering activities. /liliReview and approve Contractor’s work and ensure compliance with Contract obligations, Project specifications, relevant codes and standards, design philosophy, and Industry best practices. /liliProvide PMC Loss Prevention performance data and reports to PMC Management and the Owner. /liliProvide technical guidance to develop new specifications and update existing specifications. /liliPerform calculations for design validation and optimization. /liliReview technical bid submissions and perform technical bid analysis. /liliParticipate in Layout, PlD, PHASER, HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, Layout Safety Reviews, PSSR, constructability reviews, 3D Model reviews, safety audits, QRA workshops, etc. /liliProvide Loss Prevention Engineering expertise in the development and analysis of various design options and business models. /liliProvide technical assistance and coordination with other discipline engineers. /liliParticipate in analysis during Contractor and Vendor pre-qualification, bid evaluation, and performance evaluation. /liliEnsure quality and accuracy of Contractor’s Loss Prevention Engineering activities and review deliverables including philosophies, data sheets, specifications, layouts, close out reports, detailed drawings, etc. pertaining to risk studies, loss prevention systems, firefighting equipment, muster station, TGR’s, TSRs, Safety Signage, hazardous areas classifications, etc. /liliReview any Project specific Risk Management Systems and criteria pertaining to Loss Prevention. /liliManager review of HSEIAs for Loss Prevention Engineering inputs, including reviewing hazards and effects registers, bow tie diagrams, HSECES register, HSCES performance standards and procedures, etc. /liliReview Emergency Response procedures and plans for Loss Prevention inputs including alignment with Owner specifications and standards etc. /liliProvide assistance and support to Construction,



Pre- commissioning and Commissioning phases of the works. /liliReview Action Tracking Registers and ensure close out of all Loss Prevention actions arising out of key reviews, workshops, HSSEQ studies, safety related concerns, etc. /liliReview technical bid submissions and perform technical bid analysis for Loss Prevention discipline. /liliProvide Loss Prevention Engineering expertise in the development and analysis of various design options and business models. /liliProvide technical assistance and coordination with other discipline Engineers. /liliParticipate in analysis during Contractor and Vendor pre-qualification, bid evaluation and performance evaluation. /liliAssist in the handling of correspondence related to Loss Prevention. /li /ulh3Qualification /h3ulliA bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline or equivalent from an accredited university, with a minimum of fifteen (15+) years of relevant experience in the Oil Gas or Petrochemical industry, including a minimum of five (5) years (preferred) in the GCC region. /liliMust have at least five (5) years of experience in a similar position on major Oil Gas or Petrochemical projects, managing a team of Specialists, Senior Engineers, and Engineers. /liliExperience within FEED EPC experience required. /liliExperience in PMC roles. /liliExperience in Offshore Project required. /liliMinimum 5 years’ experience in Offshore projects is required. /liliADNOC experience is preferred. /li /ulpbMoving forward together /b We want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
