As the RevOps Systems Manager, you’ll take ownership of a growing GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Aircall, Make, Lusha, and others). /p pThis is a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of a high-performing Revenue Operations team in Barcelona, helping to scale operations and drive efficiency across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Data. /p h3What you’ll be doing /h3 ul liCentralise and manage the RevOps, Sales CS tech stack, ensuring clean data and smooth processes. /li liAdminister, maintain, and optimise HubSpot and related tools. /li liDesign and document workflows, eliminating errors, redundancies, and data silos. /li liCollaborate across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Data teams to remove bottlenecks and identify opportunities. /li liSupport, train, and onboard users while driving best practice adoption. /li liTrack tool usage, KPIs,
